Return Policy:
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. If you wish to exchange or return an item, please enclose the original invoice with your package and state the reason for your return. All tags must be attached to the garment in original form. Returns and exchange requests must be received within 14 days from the date your order was delivered. Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date we receive your return. Absolutely no returns after 14 days from the delivery of your order. In the unlikely event that you received a defective item, we will gladly replace it with the same or another item of equal value, with no postage or handling charges. Returns must be sent insured U.S. Mail or U.P.S. Sorry no returns or exchanges will be accepted in our retail store.
Government health regulations prevent us from taking back swimsuits that have been used. In order to comply with this law, we require that all returns have the original tags on them.
